TALLERLY elevator shoes must be returned in their original, unworn state within 30 days of purchase. All packaging must also be in its BRAND NEW, original, and unmarked condition

We recommend trying your new shoes on carpet and packaging them back up immediately to be returned if they don’t suit.

We Recommend standing on carpet while trying shoes to prevent creases in the uppers.

It is very important to return the shoes and the packaging in its BRAND NEW, Original and Unmarked condition.

In case there are creases on upper, marks on the leather, any packaging, protective cover is missing, or the box is damaged, we cannot unfortunately process a refund or exchange.
